Age Requirement:

All participants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued ID is mandatory (NYE Country ordinance) to verify legal age. No exceptions. No valid Government ID, No entry.

Reservation and Payment:

All tours must be reserved in advance. Full payment is required upon booking. Pick up time 9am.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations and refunds must be made 24 prior to the tour day and pick up time at 9am.

Conduct:

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, guests, and all individuals encountered during the tour. The company reserves the right to remove any individual from the tour for inappropriate behavior, with no refund.

Nevada Brothel Tours reserves the right to smaller vehicles based on smaller tours booked.

Liability Waiver:

By participating in the tour, guests acknowledge and accept that the company is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the tour. Participants agree to assume all risks associated with the tour.

Photography and Recording:

Photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited during the brothel tour. (Okay in bar area)

Privacy and Confidentiality:

The company is committed to protecting the privacy of its participants. Personal information collected during the booking process will not be shared with third parties.

Tour Availability and Changes:

Tours are subject to availability and may be changed or canceled without prior notice. The company will make efforts to inform participants of any significant changes.
